Shipping and Delivery

We work to dispatch every order carefully and keep you informed from confirmation through delivery.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within [X–Y business days].

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, promotional periods or high-volume launches may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate shipping confirmation when tracking becomes available.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email.

Tracking may take up to 48 hours to display movement after the shipping label has been created.

Separate shipments

Products ordered together may be shipped separately when they are stored at different fulfilment locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel where applicable.

Oversized furniture

The Big Pet Sofa, The Curved Pet Sofa and The Pet Lounge may be shipped using a specialist or oversized-parcel courier. The carrier may contact you before delivery, and additional delivery restrictions may apply to islands, remote locations or addresses with limited access.

Taxes and import charges

Prices shown for EU deliveries include applicable VAT. Orders are delivered without additional import duties being requested from the customer.

Delivery delays

Courier delays, customs procedures, severe weather and peak seasonal demand may occasionally affect delivery times. Contact us when tracking has not updated for an unusual period and we will investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete or refused delivery address may be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.

Damaged parcels

Where the parcel appears significantly damaged on arrival, photograph the packaging before opening it. Keep all packaging materials until the issue has been resolved.
