Product care

Made for everyday use. Cared for properly.

Regular cleaning and simple maintenance will help keep your pet’s bed or sofa comfortable and looking its best for longer.

Always check the care label supplied with your individual product, as instructions may vary by material and model.

The Cloud Bed

  • Shake and reshape the bed regularly to redistribute the filling.
  • Remove loose hair using a soft brush, lint roller or vacuum cleaner on a low setting.
  • Clean small marks promptly with a soft damp cloth.
  • Machine wash only when the product’s care label specifically confirms that machine washing is permitted.
  • Use a gentle cycle, cold or low-temperature water and mild detergent.
  • Do not use bleach, harsh chemicals or fabric softener.
  • Allow the bed to air dry completely before use.
  • Do not tumble dry unless the care label expressly permits it.

After delivery

The Cloud Bed may arrive compressed for more efficient shipping. Carefully remove the packaging, shake and reshape the bed, and allow time for the filling to regain its natural volume.

Use this paragraph only when vacuum packaging is confirmed.

Pet Sofas and Lounges

  • Remove loose hair regularly with a soft cloth or upholstery attachment.
  • Wipe the upholstery gently with a lightly damp cloth.
  • Clean spills promptly and allow the area to dry naturally.
  • Do not soak the sofa or place the complete product in a washing machine.
  • Avoid bleach, abrasive sponges, alcohol-based products and strong chemical cleaners.
  • Keep the product away from radiators, open flames and prolonged direct sunlight.
  • Follow the separate care label before washing any removable cushion or cover.

Removable components

A removable cushion does not necessarily mean that every part is machine washable. Check the product label before washing any cushion, cover or internal filling.

Ongoing safety checks

Check the product regularly for damage, loose components, exposed filling or weakened seams. Stop using it if any part becomes unsafe. No upholstered pet product is completely chew-proof, so pets who regularly chew or scratch furniture should be supervised.
